Delivery & Returns

Update: 30/7/20 - Royal Mail delivery times are improving and mostly back to normal, however in very rare cases it is taking up to 10 working days for delivery.

Due to the current situation we are experiencing a high volume of orders. We aim to have orders made before 5pm dispatched the next available postage day.

We don't usually dispatch on Saturdays, however we will be dispatching on Saturdays until further notice.

Our standard delivery charge is just £1.99 and we also off a fully insured against theft, damage and loss option for an additional £1.00.

Your order will be sent with Royal Mail which typically takes 2-3 working days.

All of our sweets are lovingly picked and packed by real penguins! Ok, ok..... maybe not! They are lovingly picked and packed by real humans though, not machines :)

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and aim to resolve any issues promptly.

If 7 days have gone since receiving your item then unfortunately we will not be able to exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned to us in it's original packaging and we will require proof of purchase.

Please contact us first before returning your item. 


Once your item has been received and inspected, we will then notify you via e-mail that we have received your item and let you know if you are entitled to a refund. 

We are unable to refund you in a different method than the one you paid with so the credit will be automatically applied back to your original method of payment.
