Delivery & Returns
Our standard delivery charge is just £1.99 and we also off a fully insured against theft, damage and loss option for an additional £1.49.
Your order will be sent with either Royal Mail, MyHermes or DPD depending on the size.
Royal mail typically takes 2-3 working days, MyHermes 3 working days and DPD typically takes 1-2 working days.
If your order is sent with DPD you'll receive a text from them with a time window for the arrival of your order.
All of our sweets are lovingly picked and packed by real penguins! Ok, ok..... maybe not! They are lovingly picked and packed by real humans though, not machines :)

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and aim to resolve any issues promptly.
If 7 days have gone since receiving your item then unfortunately we will not be able to exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned to us in it's original packaging and we will require proof of purchase.

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will then notify you via e-mail that we have received your item and let you know if you are entitled to a refund.
We are unable to refund you in a different method than the one you paid with so the credit will be automatically applied back to your original method of payment.
