Royal Mail delivery times are improving and mostly back to normal, however in rare cases it is taking up to 7 days for delivery.

Due to the current situation we are experiencing a high volume of orders. We aim to have orders made before 5pm dispatched the next available postage day.

Royal Mail have now reduced the times available for dispatch and are no longer accepting parcels on Wednesdays so no orders will be dispatched on Wednesday as well as Sundays. 

We don't usually dispatch on Saturdays, however we will be dispatching on Saturdays until further notice.

Delivery 

Our standard delivery charge is just £1.99 and we also off a fully insured against theft, damage and loss option for an additional £1.49.

Your order will be sent with Royal Mail which typically takes 2-3 working days

All of our sweets are lovingly picked and packed by real penguins! Ok, ok..... maybe not! They are lovingly picked and packed by real humans though, not machines :)

                                                

Returns 

We are always here to help and you can contact us at TheSweetEmperor@gmail.com if you have any issues with your order.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and aim to resolve any issues promptly.

If 7 days have gone since receiving your item then unfortunately we will not be able to exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned to us in it's original packaging and we will require proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will then notify you via e-mail that we have received your item and let you know if you are entitled to a refund. 

We are unable to refund you in a different method than the one you paid with so the credit will be automatically applied back to your original method of payment.
